This policy explains how IWS Software ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit iwssoftware.com or contact us. Our own mobile apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each app's store listing.

Information we collect

  • When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and information about your project.
  • When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit) for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or contact forms.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
  • To prepare proposals, contracts and invoices if we work together.
  • To keep the website secure and investigate misuse.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy. Email and phone communication passes through our email and telephone providers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required by law (for example, tax and accounting rules). Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, email hello@iwssoftware.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
