FAQ

Questions about app publishing

How long does app review take?
Apple says most App Store submissions are reviewed within 24 hours. Google Play reviews can take from a few hours to several days, and often longer for new developer accounts.
What is the Google Play closed testing requirement?
Personal Google Play developer accounts created after November 13, 2023 must run a closed test with at least 12 testers opted in for 14 days in a row before they can publish to production. We help you plan and run this test.
Will the app be published under my account?
Yes. Your app should live in your own developer account so you fully own it. We work as a user on your account.
My app was rejected or suspended. Can you help?
Yes. We review the store's message and your app, fix the policy issue, and prepare the resubmission or appeal.
